We send you your personalised invite via SMS within 1-2 WORKING days, however if we are not busy it might be straight away! Just remember to give us plenty to notice so you can then send it to your friends in time for your party.
We will be happy to amend a small error and send you out a new invitation - please email us as soon as you notice any mistake on enquiries@thecoolgiraffe.com

No - The invitations are sent digitally to you - there is no postage required

We update our invitations regularly but we keep the popular ones online!
New themes are added all the time so keep checking the website.
Once you have received your invite - we delete it off our system for security reasons.
We send you a digital invitation to send to your friends via SMS. Once you have ordered the invite - we don't offer a refund - However If there is a mistake on the invite we will of course send you a new design - just let us know any problems on enquiries@thecoolgiraffe.com
